Depending on the condition of the box, it would probably start at around $ 40. Maybe up to $ 60 or 70 if the box were in absolute pristine condition with no bends, scuffs, scratches, or fading of any kind.

I saw this on ebay and I am worried because it says platinum and sterling silver. Does that mean it will turn green?

It is a sterling silver ring plated with platinum with a lab created(like cubic zirconia)diamond. The platinum plating will eventually wear off leaving just sterling. That is fine, you will just have to polish with a cleaning cloth or it will tarnish like all silver does. It won't turn green. Sterling usually stays fine if you wear it all the time. If it's sitting in a drawer it will tarnish but polishes up no problem. You can also buy anti-tarnish strips to put in a drawer to prevent tarnishing if you have alot of silver jewelery. The platinum will keep the silver from tarnishing but will eventually wear off because it is just a thin coating.
